Return and Refund Policy

At VIKINGS ROW, every jersey is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or errors in the name/number you provided at checkout.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The personalization was printed incorrectly due to our error (not the customer's input)

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days of approval.
